Notes to IFEC learners
Hi!
Just want to say don't be discouraged by the oral and paper tests you just took. It's natural that your English skills get stiff when you don't get to use them that much.
Don't feel bad, embarrassed, upset or anything. Start small and it will be better in no time. Trust me.

Notes to Synovate learners
To my lovely students : Thank you for the bag you bought for me as a parting gift. I love it so much that I had to buy a few pairs of shoes to match the bag. (see photos) Will see you soon.

Past tense : To talk about events in the past (yesterday, last week, in 1990, etc.) Structure Statement: Subject+past verb -was/were -action verb eg. I was fat when I was young. I went to a Chinese restaurant yesterday. Negative: Subject+was/were not +did not+present verb eg. I was not fat when I was young. I did not go to a Chinese restaurant yesterday. Question: Was/Were+subject Did+subject eg. Was I fat when I was young? Did I go to a Chinese restaurant yesterday?
